Meet the Founder of North Florida Elite 7v7, Carl Nesmith. Carl has an extensive background in the game of football with a standout career on all 3 levels of football to include the NFL. His love for football has brought him to give back to the young athletes of Jacksonville and surrounding areas. Carl has many years of coaching experience and is the former Head football coach at Joshua Christian Academy. Carl has accepted a position as the linebackers coach at the university of Virginia  lynchburg . Coach Nesmith has extensive  knowledge as a trainer and has also thrown over 40 youth camps over the past few years and has hosted over 25 7v7 tournaments around the state of Florida. Carl prides himself on assisting each athlete that he comes in contact with to reach their full potential on and off the field. Carl created North Florida Elite to fill a need of more off season football in the community, as well as, offer youth an activity to gain mentorship, friends and to sharpen their skills during the off season.
