Meet the Founder of North Florida Elite 7v7 & Sports Training . Carl has an extensive background in the game of football with a standout career on all 3 levels of football to include the NFL. His love for football has brought him to give back to the young athletes of Jacksonville and surrounding areas. Carl has many years of coaching experience and is the former Head football coach at JCA . Carl has also served as the co-defensive coordinator and linebackers coach at Virginia University of Lynchburg for the 2022-2023 season. Coach Nesmith has extensive knowledge as a trainer, mentor and coach that has also hosted over 40 youth camps over the past few years along with hosting his own 7v7 tournaments around the state of Florida. Carl prides himself on assisting each athlete that he comes in contact with to reach their full potential on and off the field. Carl created North Florida Elite 7v7 & Sports Training to fill a need of more safe off season football in the community, as well as, offer our youth an activity to gain mentorship, friends and to sharpen their skills during the entire calendar year.
